We are seeking Social Media Support to join the Pluang team.

The Social Media Support Specialist (SMS) plays a crucial role in managing all incoming inquiries that impact our services across official social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, the SMS team is responsible for responding to reviews on Google Play Store and App Store. The primary objective is to follow up on feedback and engage with users to enhance the overall feedback rating.
What you will be doing:

• 
  Aligning with the objectives and responsibilities of the Social Media Team (SM)
• Ensure timely response within the SLA of 24 hours for inbound inquiries from:

• Instagram DM
• Instagram comments
• Facebook DM
• Facebook comments
• YouTube comments

• Handle incoming inquiries related to Pluang events posted on official social media channels.
• 
  Respond to and engage with Pluang users who leave negative reviews (below 4-stars) within the SLA of 24 hours, from:
• Google Play Store reviews
• App Store reviews

• 
  Provide daily and weekly reports on performance and productivity.
• 
  Collaborate closely with the CSR Team to drive improvements in social media services.

What you need to be successful for this role:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Prior experience in utilising social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook is required.
• This position requires working from the office (WFO) for five working days per week.
• The ability to work on weekends is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specialisation in Excel, is required.
• Brownie points to candidates with prior experience in handling user interactions.
