About the Senior Contract Analyst Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior Contract Analyst will be at the heart of supporting the procurement delivery of a complex construction project. You will take charge of developing, negotiating, establishing, and administering complex contractual arrangements. Your sharp eye for assessing contractor service value and product/service reliability relative to cost will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement delivery of a complex, fast-paced construction project from start to finish
• Develop, negotiate, establish, and administer intricate contractual arrangements and procurement proposals
• Serve as an independent liaison and coordinator with contracting principals to ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Evaluate contractor performance to determine the need for amendments or extensions of contracts
• Analyse price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices
• Assess contractor service value and product/service reliability relative to cost
• Contribute actively in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of contracting policies

The ideal Senior Contract Analyst brings a wealth of experience in contracting and procurement within the energy sector. Your deep understanding of sourcing and contracting processes, coupled with practical application experience in contract drafting, will be crucial for this role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major, advance degree is preferred
• Over seven years work experience in contracting and procurement in the energy sector
• Project management certification is a plus
• Fluency in English both written and verbal is essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP system
• Deep understanding of sourcing and contracting processes with practical application experience in contract drafting

The successful candidate will be the primary liaison with contractors, ensuring adherence to contract terms and conditions.
