Job Description

• Daily verify and review accuracy of business transactions that is related to tax.
• Prepare monthly tax payment with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly tax return with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare annual tax payment and tax return.
• Prepare tax documents as required by authority (i.e. DGT Form, Personal Tax ID Registration)
• Maintain value added tax clearing balance and reconcile with companys sales book and sales agents book.
• Maintain transaction that is associated with income tax, withholding tax, import tax, property
• tax and customs.
• Work with PIC and purchasing department to maintain import tax documentation and reconciliation.
• Maintain customs and excise reconciliation for import notification (PIB), import duty, import tax, and payable.
• Support other accounting: areas and work on special projects as requested by supervisor.
• Participate in the on-going review of internal controls.
• Actively participate to deliver good tax and customs audit by coordinating relevant department
• and customers/vendors.
• Hein to deliver good statutory audit.
• Meet deadline with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow and comply the HSE Policies, procedures, active participate in the HSE programs and meeting requirement.
• Count and Roll up inventory

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience; with minimum 2-3 years in tax accounting areas, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in general accounting, taxation knowledge, and Brevet A & B certification is a must. Brevet C and experience from tax consultancy is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in an MRP environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills. Fast and flexible, multi tasked and organized
