These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Identify new market opportunities, meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the companys relationship with them;
• Provide support for face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers to evaluate customer needs and provide suggestions for appropriate products, services and/or solutions;
• Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs;
• Compile, analyses and present accurate sales and marketing data to forecast and formulate sales strategies for Indonesia market;
• Having knowledge and experience with local regulatory affairs in Veterinary and Agriculture fields is an advantage;

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Academic background in Veterinary, Animal Nutrition, or related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in a regional sales role
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Seeing change as opportunity and not as a threat
• curious, openminded, non-discriminating
• Energetic, flexible, and motivated
