Sr Marketing, Retail & Education Manager

Now we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial lead one of LOreal luxe brands journey in Indonesia.

You will.....

• Develop, manage and drive the brands commercial strategy for different channels and its results (turnover, market share, profit).
• Build relationships with retailers/clients.
• Recruit, train, manage and develop Beauty Advisors (incl. their performance).
• Responsible for retail operations covering forecast, logistics/supply chain measures, stock take, purchase orders.
• Coordinates and promotes effective communication between multiple functions/stakeholders inside LOreal organization.
• Ensure that retail excellence in areas of BA Service/Quality, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising (Testers, planogram, visuals) is correctly expressed.
• Ensuring sales are maximised through effective analysis of sales data, monitoring of activity, observation of and response for trends, setting of priorities and evaluation of business initiatives.
• Follow through on all promotional activity to ensure sales are maximised, stocks are at appropriate levels and high standards maintained.
• Provide pro-active feedback to internal departments, investigate and drive discussions on issues involving the accounts.
• Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activities.

You have.....

• Minimum hold a Bachelor degree
• Proficient in English
• 7 years minimum of experience in relevant field (Retail Operations, Operations Manager, etc)
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a strong presence
• Analytical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
