Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Outlet Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions at different F&B outlets, ensuring that staff members are well-trained in various aspects of F&B service, food preparation, and customer satisfaction. This role involves extensive travel to different locations, so the candidate must be willing and able to travel nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct training at outlets
• Involve in team building activity for restaurant team.
• Review food preparation process flow at outlet
• Manage the yearly training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.
• Prepare training report for all training conducted by Training Centre.
• Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.

• Team player and fast learner with good communication both verbal and written.
• Possess own transport, willing to travel and seeking challenging working environment.
• Good leadership with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, passionate and committed at work of F&B environment.
• Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in trouble-shooting.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia in verbal and written communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Certificate Food & Beverage Services Management,
• Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred in F&B retail
• Train the Trainer will be in Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide
• Willing to travel extensively with own car.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Salary: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,900,000 per month
