• Build Business development strategy based on company business strategy and expand the business scale with clients, seek new business in the freight forwarding industry to contribute to total revenue budget.
• Research Market, make sale plan, use marketing tools, and manager tender progress & result.
• Conduct visits and calls customers on a regular basis, seeks customer demand, and listens to customer opinions and requests.
• Propose an efficient freight forwarding solution/proposal that meets the needs of the customer.
• Manage costs - Negotiate with concerned parties and get more competitive rate.
• Review contracts and manage the sales process efficiently.
