We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drafter to join our dynamic team. As a Drafter, you will play a key role in supporting our architectural projects by translating design concepts into precise and detailed technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with architects and designers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and plans.
  • Assist in the development of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Ensure that all drawings adhere to project requirements, industry standards, and building codes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback into drawings.
  • Support the project team by preparing and maintaining drawing sets, schedules, and documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and reviews to provide technical expertise and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in architectural drafting or related roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
