HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

Job Description:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Create and implement effective recruiting approaches to acquire top talent
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

2. Employee Relations

• Provide employees and management with reliable guidance on HR-related issues
• Encourage a positive environment through efficient communication and conflict resolution approaches

3. Performance Management

• Create and execute performance management initiatives to promote growth and engagement among staff members
• Perform performance evaluations and provide management and staff with constructive criticism
• Develop learning and development programme for the staff members in order to promote their growth

4. Payroll and Compensation & Benefits

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness in salary and benefits offerings

5. HR Policies and Compliance

• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Stay informed about changes in labour laws and HR best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel out of town.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Possess good leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month

Experience:

• Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
