The role is to support the company goals in procurement/sourcing by managing day to day activities in the following areas:

• Handling of sourcing requirements in Tower Lease, Fiber Lease, Network Managed Services, and other related requirements
• Undertake sourcing activities in planning, strategizing, managing, and negotiating (price, commercial terms & agreements) for RFP/RFQ/direct negotiations to ensure timely delivery of purchased services Validating user requirements and the related business justification
• Achieving company’s business & financial goals by ensuring the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) is secured within the company’s values and vision • Contract creation and revision of existing contracts to secure the company’s goals
• Ensure compliance to the company’s procurement policies and guidelines in executing the above activities

• Execute, monitor and control the purchasing and contracting process for network services
• Discuss and capture stake-holders’ requirements to ensure they are captured before RFP or any sourcing initiative. Advice stakeholders and ensure that their requirements are in-line with the procurement policy & procedure. Ensure all the requirements are captured in the contract.
• Validating user requirements and the related business justification
• Lead negotiations with vendors with clearly defined requirements (scope of works) from stakeholder
• Communicate and eliminate possible deviations from procurement policy and procedures during all sourcing phases.
• Liaise with Contract Management team to make sure that all the stakeholders’ requirements are correctly reflected in the contract draft before execution.
• Contract creation and revision of existing contracts to secure the company’s goals
• Monitor the performance of vendor/contractor in ongoing projects (together with the stakeholders)
• Lead negotiations with incumbent vendors for damages and claims to reach fair commercial settlement
• Identify improvements to processes, policies, tools, and templates required to drive improved outcomes
• Escalate issues and propose recommendation to management to accelerate closing of issues and/or implementation of improvement steps
• Provide regular report for management dashboard

• Relevant Technology/Business degree or equivalent with strong technical and industry knowledge
• Minimum of 7-8 years experience in the Telecom industry with special focus in the tower and fiber lease business and/or managed services
• Possess high standard of personal and professional integrity
• Relevant experience in procurement role in telecom industry
• Critical thinker - Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Team player - able to work effectively with stakeholders, management and suppliers and with good working conduct and ethics
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English and proven ability to communicate and present arguments (including good presentation skills, written and verbal)
