The accounting manager will be responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

As the context of the company is changing, the Accounting Manager shall be able to adapt and progress into a changing environment including managing the reporting of diverse business units.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, management reporting, year-end audit preparation and support on budget and forecast activities.

The Accounting Manager will liaise with management, business analyst teams and others colleagues based in Indonesia, Singapore and France which requires good communication skills both written and verbal in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager and ensure all accounting matters and reports in compliance with IFRS & tax regulation Responsible for the preparation of the full sets of accounts with analysis and reconciliation schedules and the preparation of monthly reports and statutory reports for Year-End Closing. Work closely with the consultant to submit the monthly consolidation to headquarter Lead the preparation and review of annual budget and its budget-to-actual analysis report Ensure the quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Responds to inquiries from the Management, HO Reporting and other finance department. Work with the Auditor to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Collaborates with all other department to support overall department goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Accounting with at least 5 years experience as senior accounting manager Experience in ERP implementation such as Microsoft Navision, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or other ERP Integration software is a strong value added. Understand the consolidation concept and method. Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative Ability to lead a team through change with a focus on maintaining a positive culture, promoting innovation and delivering continuous improvement Advance level of computer skills especially MS excel
