JOB PROFILE SUMMARY

To lead and manage the create, Incubate and Scaling up and Operating process of non-automotive businesses of the company under the commercial brand of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspiring the company with creative ideas, construct and delivering output out of it. As team player, deliver the company’s target of sales volume, revenue, customers key KPI’s of lifestyle business segment of the company Create forecasts and revenue projections of the business he/she manage. Works with Marketing and business partner in strengthening the brand thru lifestyle business operation Emphasizing the presence of the company in the market thru lifestyle business operation, ensuring the company’s vision manifested. Ensures the efficient and appropriate use of resources & tools to maximize performance. Always seek Easier, Better and Faster. Brings excellent performance to the attention of the larger organization. Seeks resources that will enhance productivity Challenges rules or practices that present inappropriate barriers to independent action and decision-making. Always seeking positive disruption. Supports business change, acting as main point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating relationships between them. Responds to customer/internal partner needs in a timely, professional, helpful, manner, regardless of the attitude. Expresses ideas/solutions in an appropriate manner to overcome resistance, complaints and frustration from others.
