Senior PHP Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing web applications using PHP and related technologies. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development work, designing robust and scalable solutions, and ensuring the highest level of code quality and performance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing best practices within our development process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development work in designing, implementing, and maintaining our in-house PHP, codeigniter,laravel, applications & new software solutions from scratch.
• Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and propose solutions.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and efficient PHP code solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance through code refactoring, caching mechanisms, and database optimization.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP core, laravel, codeigniter development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Solid understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Zend Certified PHP Engineer) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
