Finance Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Team Leader to oversee our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing efficient processes to support the companys financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and clerks.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow, budget variance, and other key financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry best practices, and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data and prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Previous experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
