About our Client:
Our client is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions in the General Insurance (GI) and Health Insurance sectors. This opportunity arises within a dynamic environment that values clear communication, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to provide strategic insights on the industry, competitors, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations with strategic insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with companys strategic goals.
  • Assist the Chief of Strategy in designing a robust growth strategy for company.
  • Lead the review process and deliverables for Group strategy, providing recommendations on top strategic issues and opportunities.
  • Work with the senior team to define and communicate key strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including business, operations/IT, product, and finance, to monitor the progress of the implementation roadmap.
  • Design and implement strategies, business models, and implementation roadmaps for the company product.
  • Onboard relevant departments to ensure the successful implementation of agreed initiatives.
  • Define and monitor target letters in accordance with the company governance.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree (S1) in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related corporate strategy functions or consulting.
  • Managerial and Leadership training.
  • Project Management training.
  • Strategic Thinking training.
  • Deep understanding of competitive strategy development.
  • Expertise in General Insurance (GI) and Health Insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Managerial and Leadership skills.
  • Strategic Thinking skills.
  • Clear, concise communication skills adaptable to different hierarchical levels, from execution teams to CEO and director level.
  • Hands-on and result-oriented approach.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Very independent, capable of working as a solo contributor, and able to collaborate effectively with teams.
