Housekeeping Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as making beds, vacuuming floors, dusting, and mopping to keep rooms and common areas neat and tidy.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, restocking toiletries and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Handle the laundering of linens, towels, and guest clothing as required, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from rooms and common areas.
• Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Participate in scheduled deep cleaning tasks, including window washing, carpet cleaning, and furniture upholstery, to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the management to ensure prompt repair and upkeep.
• Follow health and safety standards, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, and wearing protective gear as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a high level of cleanliness.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,300,000 per month
