Job Description- Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and digital channels to drive revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Lead initiatives to acquire new customers through digital channels, optimizing conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Implement customer retention strategies leveraging data-driven insights and personalization to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with broader revenue generation goals.
- Product and Platform Innovation
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for digital product and platform innovation.
- Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance customer experience and provide a competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
- Data Analytics and Performance Measurement
- Establish and maintain robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of digital initiatives.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging cross-functional teams to work together toward common goals.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years of work experience in B2B Software Sales
- Strong network with C-level / Founder / Owner of established companies in Indonesia
- Track record in hitting big-ticket sales deals (the scale will be discussed later during initial screening if the candidates profile matches the criteria)
- Proven leadership experience to guide a team in reaching business target
- Collaborative and persuasive
- Proficiency in English is a must
