Job Description As Baltinis Senior Full Stack Engineer, youll play a vital role in the continual development of our innovative ERP system, focusing primarily on backend operations. Your expertise will contribute to handling large-scale data processing, enhancing system efficiencies, and adding features that provide significant value.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our ERP system, primarily focusing on backend development.
  • Efficiently handle large sets of data, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use, with a focus on modularity and low technical debt.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications, and upgrade as necessary to ensure robustness and scalability.
  • Clearly document all programming tasks and procedures.
Desired Skills:
  • Proficient in backend development using Laravel with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid experience in frontend technologies, particularly Vue.js, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with Vuetify and its component ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on backend development and data management.
  • Experience in dealing with large data sets and the related data management challenges.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and remotely coordinate with teams across different countries.

Profiles and Attributes:
  • Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in complex projects, preferably involving large data management and ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of the box and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
