Distribution Enterprise Business Consultant

Distribution (Enterprise) Business Consultants are responsible in supporting the installation of DistributorPower applications, tailored to meet customer requirements. Working closely with customers, sales teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, they are pivotal in the imminent transition from the existing Distribution Enterprise system to DistributorPower. During this transition period, consultants engage with existing customers to comprehend business needs, crafting functional approaches that optimize current technologies and provide robust functionality.

Primary Duties:

• Installation of the DistributorPower applications and development solutions

• Level one and level two end user support

• Direct customer communication to gain an understanding of customer processes and how the DistributorPower system can be set up and configured to meet their objectives

• Complete documents that include the functional approach of development solutions, fit analysis reviews, business process presentations, training plans and any other customer facing documentation

• Support existing business consultants in the installation of the existing Distribution Enterprise system

• Perform quality control testing

• Participation in the DistibutorPower application development project as necessary

• Assist with enquiries from the sales team performing system presentations to prospective and existing customers required

• Contribute to defining and implementing Global Delivery best practice and processes

• Any other reasonable requests as determined by management

Who you are:

• Must have relevant Tertiary qualification (business/IT)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa (other language, nice to have)
• Extensive experience of the automotive industry business processes.
• With at least 5 years experience in Distribution, Enterprise or Dealership operations.
• Experience across multiple distribution / dealership business units; parts, service, vehicle sales, warranty, warehousing etc.
• RPG Programming Experience
• In-depth experience in either Distribution or Dealership operations
• Excellent presentation and training skills
• Solid experience in dealing/engaging with customers across departments and different levels.
• Proven experience and knowledge in the use of any existing Distribution or Dealer Management Software or System.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge in the use of Project Management tools.
• Demonstrates an enthusiastic and positive CAN-DO attitude
• Self-initiated and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and under pressure
• Actively involved in self-development/improvement via education or industry associations.
• Must be willing to work on-site (office) or remote when required.
• Must be willing to travel as business may require - both domestic and international

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
