We take pride in sourcing production outhouse while maintaining in-house control of garment sampling, dyeing, and cutting processes. We are currently seeking a Womens Wear Production Manager who possesses excellent communication skills, a dedication to meeting deadlines, and a knack for sourcing skilled sewers who can uphold our high standards.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

As the Womens Wear Garment Manufacturer, your primary role will be to oversee and coordinate the production of womens wear garments. This position requires effective communication with external sewers, a strong commitment to deadlines, and the ability to source skilled sewing partners who align with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Production Management : Establish and maintain productive relationships with external sewing partners, ensuring that they meet our quality and ethical standards.
Collaborate with external sewers to ensure on-time and efficient garment manufacturing.

In-House Sampling :Oversee the in-house garment sampling process, collaborating with the design team to bring creative concepts to life.
Ensure the production of high-quality samples that align with design specifications.

Dyeing and Cutting :Manage the in-house dyeing and cutting processes, including material selection, quality control, and resource optimization.
Implement sustainable practices in dyeing processes and material sourcing.

Quality Assurance :Enforce rigorous quality control standards throughout the production process, addressing any quality issues promptly.

Production Coordination :Coordinate the production workflow, ensuring that all parties meet deadlines and deliver on time.
Liaise with external sewers to maintain a smooth production process.

Sourcing Skilled Sewers :Identify and establish partnerships with skilled sewers who can meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Team Leadership :Lead and inspire a team of production professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ensure that team members align with company values and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in womens wear garment manufacturing, particularly in managing production, sewing, sourcing, sampling, dyeing, and cutting.
• Strong people skills and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring timely production.
• Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices and ethical sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Minimum experience 5 years
