Haibolu, one of PT Belajar Tumbuh Berbagi (BTB)s creations, represents the start of a thrilling journey. BTB, an edutech platform initially aimed at bolstering online businesses, introduced HaiBolu (also known as Bolu Community) as their maiden project, fostering connections via WhatsApp. In a significant 2021 development, BTB partnered with e-commerce giant Bukalapak, merging the Bolu community with Bukalapaks seller community, Soby. These endeavors are dedicated to uplifting small businesses. Bolus welcoming nature is worth noting, being open to all.

After securing Bukalapaks support, BTB embarked on an exciting path. Bolu not only provides a friendly gathering place but also proves to be a profitable venture. Introducing Soby, a ticket and community platform, BTB amplifies its offerings, focusing on three key objectives: spreading product awareness, empowering small businesses, and nurturing community connections.

Furthermore, theyve become a CSR enabler, facilitating partners CSR initiatives, especially for SMEs, through intensive training, mentorship, and economic stimulus. As of August 2023, BTB has set its sights beyond its initial scope, venturing into new business horizons and incorporating CSR initiatives. Haibolu is Subsidiary Company of Bukalapak that focus on growing Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia through various collaborative programs with government, state own enterprises, and privates. Our programs are such as but not limited to trainings, incubation, marketing activation and campaign, as well as social corporate responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

We are currently seeking freelance/contract-based candidates for position of Partnership and Operation with detailed requirements as follow:

Scope of work and responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas for partnership program with external stakeholders, specifically for Indonesian Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM)

Manage flawless program execution with smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Manage post-event evaluation after program execution for improvement

Create post-event reporting for relevant stakeholders

Help preparing program deck for external partners (and presenting if needed)
Minimum bachelor degree with any major/educational background with strong understanding of partnerships and event organizer/management

Preferably 3 years of working experience related to business/account partnerships and event organizer/management

Experience in developing creative events and collaborations

Outstanding in communication and interpersonal skill

Strong in presentation and negotiation skills

Experience working in marketplace is a plus

Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
