Sales manager - Global Chemical Company

• Extensive network within Palm Oil and refinery industry
• Chemical Engineering background

Our client is a Global Chemical company. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are having various business lines. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Sales Manager who can develop business within Palm Oil and Refinery industry

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for developing business with Palm Oils and Refineries in Indonesia
• Prepare the annual budget and detail business plan including yield monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
• Generating and executing sales plans in assigned territory
• Providing technical and helping on solving the problem including providing the recommendation to the customers

• Graduated with Chemical Engineering degree
• Min 5 years working experience in chemical industry
• Strong networks within Palm Oils, and refineries
• Experience in Palm Oils applications
• Having strong knowledge on Palm oil industry trends and engineering process
• Understanding on CRM system process
• Hunter type personality
• Having strong integrity and work ethics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
