• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Food Science or equivalent. A Master degree is an added advantage
• At least 12 years experience in Factory Supply Chain, Warehouse manufacturing. Experiences in the FMCG of Food Industry or relevant industry from MNCs is preferred
• Experience as Factory Supply Chain manager at least 5 years
• Knowledge, skill, and ability required:
  • Ability to analyze supply chain management, logical thinking, and strategy planning
  • Management skills, communication, leadership, planning, and decision making
  • Ability to develop relationships, to interact with all levels in a highly diverse, multicultural environment, and team working
  • Ability to developing others: ability to coach, mentor or help others to improve their knowledge, skill, and abilities
  • Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous, and strong follow-up skills

Manages supply and logistics work for raw materials and finished goods or products which including production planning, warehousing & inventory management, distribution of shipment & transportation

Responsibilities

Strategy and Execution

• Define strategic plans of the department by studying involved information both inside and outside of the company that meets the policies and goals of the company.
• Apply new concepts, methods, and innovations to plan to develop or improve the effectiveness of the department.
• Ensure stable operation by developing factory supply chain flow based on the production plan, placement of warehouse assistant, transporter, and ensuring outputs, etc.

Production Planning

• Develop Production plan to meet company’s objective
• To work as Project Management office for entire factory project, develop, propose and drive improvement plan
• Manage to plan raw material order, loading/shipment / inventory management

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Develop and establish policies, guidelines, procedures, and systems of warehouse and inventory management
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring all items are in good condition
• Manage warehouse and delivery operations, including with 3rd party
• Sourcing vendor

Capability building

• Support, encourage, and educate subordinates to develop capabilities for the development and improvement of the assigned job.

Budget Management

• Manage the budget of the Factory Supply Chain Department and check-in each division.

Others

• Engage and support all team members and ensure open and effective communication exists at all times.
• Build functional and leadership capability for all positions to develop a talent pipeline.
• Lead team in driving productivity and seeking continuous improvement in service and resource optimization.
• Any other tasks or assignments from reporting General Manager.
