Reman Technician

1. Receive and evaluate cores to determine if the component can be rebuilt and what credit the customer receives 2. Comply and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
3. Perform work in accordance with the assigned tasks from supervisor and aligned with his/her competence.
4. Must be able to fill out paper work for core evaluations and document problems with returns including photos.
5. Tear down, clean and rebuild parts to OEM specifications and run complete functional tests
6. Work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, OEM supplied documents and work orders to complete any required assembly 7. Maintain the test equipment and keep area clean and free of oil and other contaminants
8. Responsible for how to use and maintain all equipment, tools, facilities and other company asset.
9. Implement 5S principles in daily activity (Sort - sortir; Simplify - meringkas; Shine - bersihkan; Standardize - standarisasi; Sustain - Pertahankan)
10. Must follow all environmental policies and regulations for control of all liquids and lubricants (new and waste)
11. Create report daily service activity report and submit to the superior.
12. Detect and report defective materials, equipment, faulty operations or unusual conditions to immediate supervisor.
13. Follow all prescribed safety regulations and guidelines, etc
14. Prepare/revise recommended spares list
15. Ensure SHEQ procedure has been implemented.
16. Make and file absent in absent application for permission, sick and leave. 17. Attend daily, weekly safety talk in accordance with IMS procedure
18. Planning and implementing work programs that have been approved by the reman rebuild supervisor.
19. Monitor work programs and report on work progress to the reman rebuild Supervisor.
20. Responsible for all work equipment and company goods while doing work, both in the field and in the workshop.
21. Comply with and implement work safety procedures both company, customer and government rules
22. Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident"
Requirements: Educational Background :

• D3 / SMK in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or relevant

Experience :
- 3 - 5 Years experience in Rebuild section, Heavy equipment or similar industry

• Experience in rebuild hydraulic component. Drilling Machine is preferred

Technical Knowledge & Skill :

• Basic SHEQ ( Safety, Health, Environment & Quality )
• Understanding of Epiroc product knowledge align with his/her technical competence.
• Basic Mechanical, Tooling, Hydraulic, gearbox, hyd pump and hyd motor
• Ability to create daily activity form and Failure Analysis Report (FAR)
• Ability to use the email application and Microsoft office application
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English in oral and written.
