  Store Operations: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all retail stores, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance.

  Customer Experience: Drive exceptional customer service standards across all retail outlets. Implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Retail Director or in a similar role within the footwear or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
