Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with quality assurance of software products.
• Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Ability to write and execute test plans.
• Focus on creative skills to find non-obvious bugs.
• Highly motivated and strong team player with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent communication in English, both oral and written, and strong customer relationship skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Job Description

• Involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing. Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Creating the test cases based on the software requirement specification document.
• Being responsible for software release process and ensuring the quality.
• Researching and analyzing product features that being tested and checking for user reports. Assisting the support team on checking the issues reported by users.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software meet the highest standards.
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage, utilizing industry-standard testing tools.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and effective bug fixes.
• Plan and implement strategies for quality management, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Develop test cases based on software requirement specification documents to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Oversee the software release process, ensuring the highest level of quality before deployment.
• Research and analyze product features being tested, checking for user reports, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist the support team in checking and resolving issues reported by users.
