About the Company:

Our client is a prominent Public Listed company that engages in the timber industry, agri-industry, and plantation industry in Indonesia is looking for Head of IT Infrastructure with strong ERP Experience

Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure:
    • Collaborate with other executives to integrate technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness
    • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, and systems
    • Ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Strategic Planning and Framework:
    • Develop and execute the IT strategic plan in alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.
    • Establish IT frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure effective governance and compliance across all business units.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and making strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management and Change Management:
    • Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
    • Implement change management processes, including requirement gathering, analysis, setup, testing, and handover to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during technology implementations.
  • Short and Long-Term Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive IT plans that align with the companys overall objectives and growth strategies.
    • Create short-term and long-term IT roadmaps, including budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives.
    • Monitor IT performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop plans to support their functional requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (9+ years) in leading IT initiatives and managing IT operations in a multi-business environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills to lead and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong expertise in SAP implementation, including project management, configuration, and integration.
  • Solid understanding of IT frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to translate business objectives into IT strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and process improvement.
