One of Bali’s eco-conscious active wear brands that embrace the art of slow, sustainable creation, beautifully intertwined with nature is looking for a Social Media/Tik Tok and Collaborations Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to craft engaging content, manage the growing TikTok account, and foster meaningful collaborations with influencers and content creators that align with the ethos of eco-consciousness and sustainability.
Requirements
- Open for local candidates.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Highly organised, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics tools to understand performance metrics, make data-driven decisions and refine strategies for better engagement.
- Creative mindset with the initiative to propose and implement innovative ideas.
- Proficiency with macOS, as tasks will be performed using a MacBook, covering a range of activities from content creation to project management.
- Strong aesthetic sense to ensure content aligns with company brand values and visual standards.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Efficient email management skills, essential for timely and effective communication with team members, partners, and the community.
- Expertise in navigating and utilising social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including posting, using platform-specific features, and engaging with analytics for performance tracking.
- Experience in video creation, editing, and posting, requiring knowledge of video editing software to produce content that aligns with company brand values and aesthetic.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for organizing data, tracking performance, and planning content, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva, to create visually appealing content for digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- TikTok Strategy Development: In collaboration with all team, develop and execute a TikTok strategy that complements with overall social media plan. This involves trend analysis, content planning, and creative storytelling to capture the essence of the company and connect with the audience.
- Collaboration Coordination: Helping to organise and manage collaborations with a variety of content creators, influencers, and like-minded brands. This role requires a proactive approach to scouting potential partners, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring all collaborations support the company brand’s mission and values.
- Community Engagement: Respond to collaboration inquiries, assess potential partnerships, and decide in the best interest of the brand. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners for sustained mutual growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic social media marketing plan for TikTok and YouTube, focused on broadening the audience and boosting engagement, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
- Analytics and Optimisation: Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and collaborations. Use data to inform content and strategy adjustments for future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for TikTok campaigns and collaborations, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed content calendar for TikTok and YouTube, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to posting and collaborations.
