Job Requirement

• Develop mid and long-term strategic roadmap for IT and advisory support for

country level, aligned to business and digital strategies while remaining compliant to local regulatory framework;

• Ensure the IT organisation has the necessary structure and skills to comply to local regulations;
• Drive the setup of operational and technology risk management framework including program, policies, procedures and internal controls to reduce operational and technology risk, which are in line with the policies of the group and the regulatory framework of the financial industries in Asia-pacific region including but not limited to MAS TRM Guideline and MFSA Guidance Notes on Cybersecurity;
• Oversee the establishment of Technology Risk Management function in Indonesia region;
• Provide the framework for decision-making and accountability, standards and controls.

IT Infrastructure / Operations

• Direct and work with in-country IT teams to design and deliver infrastructure solutions to support the delivery of current and future business applications;
• Manage computer and business application operations and ensure the IT operations adhere to local regulations and meet the KPIs of established service levels;
• Ensure high service-levels for day-to-day IT user operations at both corporate and local level, meeting stability, communication, mobility and security needs.

Business Solutions

• Establish processes to standardise and integrate infrastructure, systems, and business workflows to best support the business strategy;
• Manage service providers and key vendors to ensure delivery of solutions and services, as per project scope, resources and timeline.

IT Budget & Planning

• Responsible for the regional IT budget planning and prioritisation, assessment of returns on investment and benefit realisation and submit to Group HQ for consideration and approval.

Job Responsibilities

• Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines;
• Minimally 5-7 years of leadership capacity in leading and implementing technology

projects; recent stints in leading digital projects would be a strong plus;

• Strong customer-orientation, commercial awareness and prior stints in customer-centric organisations would be highly advantageous;
• Consistent track record in project management and implementation;
• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good time management, inclusive behaviours and a strong belief in people development.
• Fluency in the Chinese language is a necessity as this role will be working very closely with counterparts based in China.
