As we expand, were growing our Operations Team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an IT & GA Specialist.

Job Description:
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with an IT background to fill the role of IT & GA Specialist. In this unique position, you will collaborate with the IT Coordinator, ensuring seamless technology operations while handling various general affairs tasks that impact multiple departments.

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with external vendors as needed.

Runs general administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment.

Manage and maintain office inventory databases and records.

Maintain and manage external vendors to meet company needs.

Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, minimizing downtime.

Other duties assigned based on company needs
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

Fresh graduates with an IT background are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with different teams.

Attention to detail in managing administrative tasks.

Aware of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Experienced in installing and maintaining Windows-based laptops/PCs.

Ability to ensure the normal function of computers and supporting devices such as printers, projectors, and Access Points.

Expertise in data backup and restore, as well as creating and maintaining technical documents related to IT system configuration and maintenance.
