Supply Chain Finance Business Partner

FPNA Supply Chain Lead will support the delivery of Indonesia supply chain finance planning and productivity agenda
including overseeing the rolling forecast submission, variance analysis versus plan, and productivity for overall business. The role will also be the lead finance partner for supply chain organization within the Indonesia for all financial planning and business scenario evaluation and decision making support.
Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and analyze monthly performance of Manufacturing, Procurement, Agro and Logistics of Indo-snacks
including variance analysis versus forecast and plan;
2. End to end Partnering with LD&T & plant manufacturing leads in planning and execution of operational efficiency
and productivity initatives
3. Lead planning process for annual planning+Monthly forecast for Cost of goods sold and logistics cost for Indonesia,
Inventory and payables forecast for cash flow
4. Simulate PL and costing scenarios for operational decision making and subsequently track assumption changes
towards execution
5. Provide financial analysis in development of strategic and tactical plan to deliver annual/strategic plan;
6. Proactively work with key decision makers in Supply Chain, ensuring business partners understand financial
implications of decision alternatives;
7. Build trackers to manage costs and ensure business stays on course as per plan
8. Overview on Agro and Procurement finance planning through superivisory responsibilities on SC finance analyst. Qualifications: Education: Master of Accounting/Finance subject. A professional qualification is preferable (CPA/CFA equivalent) or MBA
Experience: 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning, FMCG – Food and Beverage
