- Strategy, Planning, Business Performance & Management
1. Collaborate with related Head of Region in:
Develop strategies and provide input to the HoR, BAH and BM in order to achieve the WM fee income target with all key drivers; Preferred Customers growth and New To Preferred customer can be achieved at least once a month by making presentation and a summary of the results tracking:
a. Achievement analysis by Branch, Area and Region
b. Productivity per sales per product
c. Active and Non-Active Sales
d. Product and Key Driver Focus
e. Events and activities that have been executed and are in the plan
2. Plan a strategy in carrying out marketing and sales of Wealth products & Preferred Programs & Benefits and collaboration with external partners in terms of Organize customer gathering / investment clinic events based on planning and marketing strategy for each area
3. Manage the strategy delivered by the team to sell wealth products, preferred programs and benefits, New To Wealth & Preferred and all key drivers related Wealth including cross selling trough Portfolio Asset Allocation in respective area
3. Provide action plans/strategies/references to sales/areas in accordance with the approval of the Head of Region which is done in regular meetings with the HoR, BAH and BM.
4. Ensuring that product socialization related to Wealth, and preferred along with programs that are running internally and externally run well. Coordinate with Specialists, and PBDS for the socialization process to branches (RM, BsM, BM and BAH) regarding WM & preferred products and ongoing support programs as well as strategies for pursuing targets through:
a. Weekly Meeting Area (BM & BAH)
b. Monthly Meeting Area (Sales)
c. Email blast to related sales/branch/region
5. Synergize & coordination with business unit/directorate pairings in the internal bank, with the aim of achieving mutually beneficial conditions in terms of delivering information about products and programs and portfolio discussion to maximize cross sell opportunity, including joint visit to Preferred customers both for New to Wealth & Portfolio Asset Allocation to achieving WM Fee income target, New To Wealth customers, Preferred Customer Growth & New To Preferred Customers,
6. Strategize or initiate innovative programs that can have a positive impact on business growth, both in terms of assets and liabilities, while maintaining a reasonable profit margin and in accordance with bank standards. Ensuring the team participates in the program & achieves predetermined program objectives.
7. Tracking and coaching RM with zero Wealth Fee income / zero New to Wealth. Work with Network Leaders to improve/increase the productivity

• Establish and develop a productive team that is able to work together effectively, either within its own team or with other units.
• Creating a conducive & comfortable working condition and atmosphere for the team they lead
• Ensuring that each specialist under his/her supervision carries out discussions and coordination with branches and BAH, and provides input to the product team
• Responsible for the performance of all team members he / she leads.
- Regulatory Compliance
Comply with all policies, procedures and regulations that apply at the bank.
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
- Risk Management Sertification level 1 dan 2
-WAPPERD / WPPE-P
- Internal Certifications for Structured Products & Insurance
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Distribution
Have a background in Consumer Banking & Wealth Management
Have a background in Acquisition and Branch Manager
