Your Role You will be responsible for enabling transport activities by executing bookings, entering orders while liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure all requirements are met in a timely + efficient manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and complete shipment details in the internal transport management system, including carrier/vessel information and item descriptions.
• Coordinate with customer care teams, haulers, and carriers to ensure timely export of shipments and organize transport activities based on customer promises.
• Monitor and report on the operational performance of carriers and other vendors.
• Ensure strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.

• Support in resolving claims and disputes related to shipments and transport activities.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Min 3 years experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage paperwork, and keep track of inventory is essential
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is typically required.
• Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS) may also be beneficial.
• Ability to quickly identify and address issues that arise in the warehouse, such as inventory discrepancies or shipping delays, is important for maintaining smooth operations.
• Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to work in Cakung, Jakarta Timur
• Flexible and willing to work in shifts
