Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the formulation process on a lab scale, including cost analysis, panel tests, and shelf life tests
• Implement trial formulations from the lab to the factory, ensuring efficiency in the production process
• Provide assistance to the factory in solving problems related to formulation parameters and production processes
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to find suitable raw materials and alternatives

• Understanding of BPOM registration processes
• Strong leadership skills
