We are a dynamic and innovative team within the technology sector, seeking to hire an experienced Recruit Specialist with a specialised focus on identifying individuals within specific companies who hold hiring and/or management expertise and would be responsible for designers, specifically UX design, UI design, product design, service design, and UX research. These individuals will serve as our key contacts for targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications: Minimum of Four Years Recruitment Experience: We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in recruitment, specifically within the technology sector and with a specialisation in design-related roles.

Autonomy and Efficiency: The ideal candidate should excel in working independently and possess a high degree of self-motivation. You will have the autonomy to shape and execute your recruitment strategies.

Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is paramount in ensuring that we attract and onboard the most suitable candidates. Your ability to meticulously manage the recruitment process is of great significance.

Exceptional Written Communication Skills: Strong written English communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive job descriptions and engaging effectively with potential candidates.

Proficiency in LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Nav and Recruiter: Proficiency in using LinkedIn is a prerequisite. You should be adept at leveraging this platform to identify and curate LinkedIn projects.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Recruiter specialising in design talent, your core responsibility will revolve around identifying and curating lists of hiring managers within the design industry.

Compensation Structure: We offer a monthly salary along with a success-based commission structure for the right candidate. Your performance and contributions will be directly rewarded in alignment with our mutual success.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
