Neptune World is Hiring Human Resource manager. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organizations human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your primary goal will be to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated workforce that contributes to the achievement of the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
2. Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
3. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to support employee growth and development.
6. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
7. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and employee insurance coverage, to attract and retain top talent.
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, including personnel files, payroll information, and timekeeping records.
10. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, performance issues, and career development opportunities.
11. Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure HR practices are effective and efficient.
12. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to support employee well-being and satisfaction.
13. Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.
14. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Masters degree and HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
- Proven experience 5 years in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex HR issues.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to meeting the needs of employees and managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
