Kitabisa is a digital fundraising and donation platform connecting millions of kindness in Indonesia. Monitor and manage delinquent loans in the lending platform, ensuring adherence to internal collection policies and procedures.

Initiate and maintain regular contact with borrowers to facilitate repayment and resolve any outstanding issues or disputes.

Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of delinquent accounts, assessing the borrowers financial situations and determining appropriate collection strategies.

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates, minimize losses, and improve overall portfolio performance.

Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and other arrangements with borrowers, taking into consideration their financial capabilities and the companys objectives.

Work closely with internal teams, such as risk management, legal, and customer service, to address complex collection cases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements in the designated systems.

Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on collection activities, recovery rates, and portfolio performance.

Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes related to collections in the P2P lending sector, and implement necessary adjustments to collection strategies.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address borrower inquiries and provide guidance on repayment options and solutions.
Individuals of any age, with high mobility and tech-savviness, are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in writing and creating content across various mediums at a basic level (expertise not required).

Accustomed to networking, community engagement, and building relationships with diverse individuals.

Capable of working both in the field and behind a desk with equal proficiency.

Prior experience in the Islamic banking, Sharia cooperative, or Islamic financial institution is a valuable asset.

Experienced in CRM

Able to create simple content

Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience is required.
