  • Develop and spearheads the execution of credit operation approval process of consumer business strategies

  • Supervise credit loan process data entry, underwriting, analysis, signing and disbursement to achieving loan target and business growth.
  • Monitor, review and develop the execution of the credit underwriting policies and procedures in effort to make theprocess proper, effective and also efficient.
    • Develop and ensure communication credit underwriting of credit procedures and policies distributed also understood well to be executed with same standards in cross area.

People Management

  • Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive credit underwriting group that operates seamlessly across area.
    • Manages the individual and group development through formal and informal development
