Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient technical solutions. Shape the strategic direction of technology within the organization.
• Take ownership of the complete solution lifecycle, from initial conception and design through implementation to deployment. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies to continually enhance our technical capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions to validate design decisions and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure project success.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to facilitate efficient implementation and future maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a track record of experience in Business Intelligence fields or Telecommunication Industries
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and databases, with a focus on ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Experience in evaluating and selecting technologies to meet project requirements.
• Willing to work onsite at a rate of 100%
