What youll do:
As a Project Control Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in geothermal development projects. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of preparing, reviewing, analysing, and overseeing complex geothermal project schedules, budgets, and costs. Your expertise will be crucial in providing opinions, suggestions, advice, reports including predicted project progress and upcoming work. You will also develop appropriate tools for effective project control. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with various teams within the organisation.

• Prepare, review, analyse, and oversee complex geothermal project schedules, budgets, and costs
• Provide opinions, suggestions, advice, and reports including predicted project progress and upcoming work
• Develop and implement appropriate tools, templates, and systems of project control
• Review, monitor, and advise internal team and contractor progress, obstacles, and forecast
• Hold and organise routine and non-routine meetings, coordinate and communicate effectively with the team and contractors
• Review and analyse project issues and documentation; analyse contracts and subcontracts to determine the parties responsibilities in the event of a dispute
• Create and maintain project records, logs, change orders, RFIs, and documentation
• Obtain detailed project data to develop and maintain project estimates in accordance with Work Breakdown Structure (WBSWBS) account assignments
• Liaise and cooperate with project control & business analysts for mineral projects

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Technical, Accounting, Project Management or related field
• Minimum of five to seven years experience handling control, forecasting, scheduling project budget
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data into decision-making processes
• Proficient writing skills along with software skills in project management
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Excellent organisational skills coupled with problem-solving abilities
