Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations for the Jakarta headquarters, as well as branches in Surabaya and Palembang.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner while adhering to internal controls and approval processes across all locations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for each branch.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement at all locations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies at all locations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during annual audits and tax filings for each branch.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes company-wide.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls across all locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in the wholesale distribution industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
