HR Supervisor

Join PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, a subsidiary of Sinotrans (HK) Logistics Limited (China Merchant Group), a global leader in International Logistics (#3 Ocean Freight Forwarder, #4 Largest 3PL in the world, by A&A). Established in Indonesia since 2012, specializing in Project Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution, E-Commerce, and Shipping Agency. We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an HR Supervisor at our freight forwarding third-party logistics company in Indonesia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our HR and General Affairs (GA) functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in managing tasks and reports from our Global Headquarters and Regional office.
• Supervise all HR & GA Team functions and activities across the various areas or locations where our company operates.
• Aid in conducting performance evaluations for all employees under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Oversee and manage all functions and processes within the HR & GA Department, including employees sourced from our designated outsourcing vendors who work under our supervision.
• Coordinate and supervise training programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive reports as requested by the HR Manager, including those for government authorities and other departments.
• Manage employment-related documentation, such as company regulations, mandatory employment reports, work permits for foreign workers, and other pertinent documents.
• Foster positive interactions and cooperation with all employees, external parties, and relevant authorities, including HR vendors.
• Provide assistance to the HR Manager in supervising the General Affairs function.
• Undertake any additional HR-related tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA Supervisor roles, or in related supervisory positions within the logistics/freight forwarding/3PL industry or similar companies.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in relevant fields.
• Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and proficiency in applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English is a must; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
• Ability to work extended hours beyond regular working hours and/or days as necessary.
• Available for immediate employment.
• This position will operate under the supervision of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia and will be employed as an outsourcing employee through the services of our designated outsourcing vendor.
