Description

You will be part of our creative and energetic team to help the Business Development Departement to support business process. If you are someone who likes challenges, works as a team, detail-oriented person, and has a passion for renewable energy, then this job is for you.

Requirement

• Male, with max 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of electrical design, national, and international standards.
• Good negotiation skills, presentation skills, logical thinking, high initiative, and a determined person.
• Excellent relationship building.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Head Office (Bandung).

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting research to assist in the preparation of a Business Plan for the companys needs, both short-term (annual) and long-term plan (roadmap) based on market analysis conducted by the company.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic programs customized targeted sales strategies.
• Assist in the implementation of market research functions including analysis, mapping, various matters regarding the companys business both internally and externally.
• Establishing lead in close collaboration with Account Managers and other sales personnel.
• Coordinate all activities to establish a strategic partnership with both local and foreign companies (including but not limited to: developers, investors, and technology partner)
• Assist in making programs for annual activities with the aim of Corporate Branding and reporting progress in weekly meetings to the Business Development Manager.
• Take an active role in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare technical proposals which include system design, block diagrams, plant layout, PVsyst simulation, Bill of Materials, implementation schedule, and required mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Site surveys and coordination meetings with clients, internal divisions and vendors.
