Summary
The Customer Service Officer ensures that all aspects related to Customers Satisfaction including PO, Deliveries, and Claims are handled properly, correctly and smoothly.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain Good Quality Service to Customers:
- Regular communication with all customers (visit, by phone, sms, social media etc.)
- Handle and process the PO on time, in full and correctly.
- Manage Customer complaints and ensuring all are taken care of, and according to the agreed time frame, close coordination with the Project and Retail Reps., Regional Managers, and the Plants.
2. Monitor Credit Limits and payments of the Customers:
- Monitor and communicate closely the Credit Limits of each customer, remind them on outstanding payments that may cause delivery to suspend due to the CL.
- Coordinate closely with finance on Credit Limits.
3. Manage deliveries properly:
- Coordinate closely with logistics, distribution, warehouse and the plants on the delivery schedule, production schedule, stock availability.
- Immediately communicate with the customers should there be any delays or changes or the deliveries.
- Propose adequate solution for problem solving and discuss with manager.
4. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports required (daily and monthly) on time and accurately.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelors degree (any major)
2. Experience minimum of 2 years in the working field, manufacturing preferred.
3. Proficient in SAP System
4. Analytical skill, Customer oriented, Integrity, Good communication, Able to work in team.
5. Good time management.
6. English is a must.
