Section Administrator (Finance) – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The opportunity

Were seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our growing Finance team in Indonesia. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for providing administrative services and assistance to the Section Manager including but not limited to welcoming - new team member, liaise with relevant parties to prepare the onboarding, coordinating meeting, events, travel arrangements, including for the team, etc.
  • Contribute to the coordination of section activities including weekly or monthly reports or meeting, correspondence coordination, for internal and external stakeholder.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external documents such a reports and memos.
  • Handle confidential information secretly and professionally.
  • Assisting section manager to plan and organize events of conference as needed.
  • Provide general administration support and managing inquiries including but not limited to checking, remind timesheet of the team, checking attendance report, leave recording of the team (including sick leave), etc.
  • Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members.
  • Perform additional duties or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Section Manager.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in secretarial or administration.
  • Preferably candidate with 1-3 years working experience in similar role.
  • Strong administrative, numeracy and procedural skills.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and exercise initiatives.
  • A team player. Able to interact and work with colleagues at various level and sections.
