Position Overview
With our strong international growth, Tencent Cloud International is now looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who will own the B2B sales & marketing initiatives across different emerging markets in SEA. The ideal candidate will excel in driving lead generation and conversion, creating compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns, and steering data-driven content strategies. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation, you will take the lead in developing both online and offline events and spearhead efforts in public relations to enhance our brands standing. In close collaboration with the sales teams, you will produce sales enablement resources that harmonize with our brands identity, values, and objectives, ultimately driving growth and prosperity. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for strategic planning and the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies to develop Tencent Cloud’s B2B business in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Develop effective and efficient lead-gen plan with online and offline programs and events for different sales channels and deliver ROI goals. Own the ultimate lead generation and conversion outcome and ensure the success of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work hand in hand with the sales teams to craft a sales playbook that incorporates well-aligned strategies and resources for sales enablement.
  • Engage and work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to fully utilize global marketing resources and consistent messages to nurture local brand building and business growth.
  • Build local external key influencer partnership and relationships to create positive brand reputation and potential client coverage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales and marketing experience from cloud and technology industry. Experience in SEA is preferred. A good track record in driving B2B sales and marketing outputs with a good mix of ATL, BTL, digital and performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese languages due to the business needs of frequent liaison with China-based stakeholders and marketing collaterals translation.
  • Highly-driven, motivated and proactive with strong start-up mentality to build things from scratch, with a strong sense of ownership in the lead generation and conversion outcome
  • Good organizational and project management skills with strategic mindset and an ability to multi-task and deliver independently.
