Deputy E&I Manager

Position: E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Deputy Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the technical team in the Electrical & Instrumentation field to ensure operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Design, develop, and implement effective maintenance strategies for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing E&I projects according to established schedules and budgets.
• Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation equipment complies with applicable safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Identify and evaluate risks in the Electrical & Instrumentation systems and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Foster close collaboration with other departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality to support smooth production processes.
• Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities to maintain the reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Provide guidance and training to the technical team to enhance their competencies and performance.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. Advanced education such as a masters degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant position, with a strong emphasis on project management and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation principles, and automated control systems.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, team management, and effective communication.
• Strong analytical skills in problem-solving and root cause identification.
• Solid knowledge of occupational safety standards and relevant environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as in diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using software and data management systems related to the Electrical & Instrumentation field.
