Our client is a subsidiary of the global food ingredients company which headquartered in French. Leveraging its position as a key player in fermentation, our client provides innovative solutions for baking, including high-quality yeast, premixes, bread improvers, and baking ingredients.
Job Description- Report directly to the National Key Account Manager (NKAM).
- Possess comprehensive technical knowledge of products to effectively address and understand customer requirements and expectations.
- Develop short and mid-term sales strategies for animal feed products.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
- Expand animal feed product business by acquiring new customers across multiple segments, including feed, fertilizer, and other value-added markets.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with customers to maximise product value.
- Collaborate effectively with other divisions nationally and internationally.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
- Meet management expectations to achieve specified sales targets in terms of volume and selling price.
- At least five years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the feed industry.
- Capable of assessing and evaluating key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs.
- Open to frequent domestic and international travel as required.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software.
- Fluent in English.
- Possesses strong communication skills, analytic abilities, results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.
- Experienced in managing key accounts and engaging with intermediate-level stakeholders within customer organisations and industry sectors.
- Demonstrates an independent work style and a willingness to pursue ongoing education and personal growth.
- Exhibits strong commercial abilities, including sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Malang, East Java.
