We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agribusiness Operation Support to join our team. The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.

What will you do but not limited to:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to farm operations and performance.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholder inquiries and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities as needed.
  • Collect and log farming and harvest data using computer and mobile applications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Standby on farming areas, potentially in remote locations, with a requirement for occasional travel within the city.

Requirements

  • Diploma degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or data management roles.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in collecting and managing farming and harvest data using both computer software and mobile applications.
  • Ability to adapt to working in remote areas and remain on standby for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel within the city for data collection purposes.
