• Enhancing the companys stature as a premier Marine Agency and Logistics provider in Indonesia
• Cultivating long-term relationships with key principals and customers across all divisions
• Developing a profitable and sustainable business model for long-term growth
• Enhancing organisational efficiency, operational service, and commercial effectiveness across all divisions
• Collaborating with Group Product Management to formulate clear business strategies
• Regularly communicating with key principals to exchange market insights and review performance
• Strategically monitoring and assessing the branch teams performance to leverage their market knowledge and contacts for promoting the companys services

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Branch Manager role should possess extensive experience in marine/logistics management.

• Minimum of seven years senior managerial experience in the Marine/Logistics sector
• Preferably, experience in a Shipping Line, Shipping Agent, or forwarding agent role
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with domestic and overseas principals and customers
• Effective communication skills across all organisational levels
• Proven track record of business development, achieving target, operational service management, and implementing internal process enhancements
• Strong managerial skills
• Experience leading multiple locations will be an advantage
